Customer Reviews
You’re in Times Square for a great price. It's close to tons of Midtown amenities, stores, and multiple subway stations, so getting around is extremely easy. I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway and had a great stay with zero complaints. The hotel was modern, clean, quiet, and the staff was consistently friendly & accommodating with any request. I stayed on the 10th floor. The room is definitely small (expected for Midtown Manhattan), but it was well worth it for the reasonable price. The TV was nice and came with plenty of streaming services. Small touches stood out to me as well: I had a $20 daily credit included, the bartender was super helpful when I was trying to find the perfect cocktail under $20 lol, and the front door staff opened the door everytime I entered or left. So the hotel's location in regards to walking distance and pricing was great – it's also worth noting that I have stated at the hotel in the past – however, I didn't enjoy how small my room was. It was the same exact type of room I booked last time (single queen bed) but this one was significantly smaller and I kept bumping into the wall or the sink as I was getting dressed. Additionally, the shower was also small so showering was a struggle because I am tall and my elbow kept bumping into the wall. Also, the left bedside light was broken and wouldn't turn off, so it was difficult to sleep with a light constantly on next to my face.
This hotel is very centrally located, making it convenient for tourists. Because of its location, it’s on the pricier side, but the stay was very comfortable. The room is quite small, especially the bathroom, which offers very little privacy — so it’s better suited for single occupancy. The bedding was very comfortable, and the amenities were great. I would love to return. The only downside is the check-in time at 4 pm and check-out at 10 am, which felt a bit rushed.
I was in NYC with my husband and young adult daughter to see a Broadway performance. The hotel has a great location close to everything. Your room card is required to call an elevator to bring you up so felt secure. The room was compact in that every inch is thought out. We had a queen bed with a twin bunk above it. The beds were very comfortable. It was a little loud when we took a power nap after our early flight but being right in the City, we expected that. I didn’t notice the sounds at night. The only complaint I have is that the shower island toilet are glassed in with no to make the walls opaque. I like privacy when I’m using the toilet or showering. We got by by not turning on the lights but that isn’t convenient. Adding a shower curtain to block the “view” would have made the rev
We loved our stay at the Motto By Hilton in NYC Times Square. The location is absolutely perfect, super close to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, Broadway Shows, Fifth Avenue shopping, etc. We stayed on the 22nd floor, and found the hotel to be super quiet. The housekeeping staff was great, and kept us stocked with complimentary water. We felt really safe as the elevators were completely run by key card, so you could only access your particular floor. Yes, the room is tiny, but it works just fine for a couple or single traveler. We were on a Mother/Teenage son trip, and the twin bunk bed over queen bed room was perfect for us. Privacy is somewhat limited, so be aware if visiting with friends. All in all it was a great stay, and we will plan to return.
