MOTEL 9 Las Cruces

We checked in with Mari at 1:30 am and she was great. Professional and even though motel 8 was full of cops she made us feel safe. Entering the room the beds are dirty like if they don’t change the sheets. Our lights and plumbing went out at 2am and we had no heater nor water till 9 am. Called no one responded. At check out even after telling them our dilema we were charged five dollars for a washcloth. A wash cloth that was used to wipe up the water on their floor. Which left it filthy and we got charged for it. It’s not like we had a variety of towels to use to even take a shower. So again motel 9 sucks in Las Cruces, New Mexico We do a lot of traveling and in our travel days we’ve been in a lot of motels and one thing we will never stay at Motel 9 again. This hotel is a work in progress 🙌 under new management. Ceci was so professional and a delight to talk with. Any problems that arises she had taken care of ASAP. My puppy l9ved walking around the grounds. Maintenance/ landscapers know that a clean place is key. Felt safe. Pluse coffee at 6 was nice

Positive: The lady working on Friday night was very nice but she was the only one Negative: Everything was horrible. Got in our room tv didn’t work. Staff said they would get us another tv from another room but never did. We had no tv the whole weekend. Police were there walking around sat. Night. No pool and drug deals going on all night.

I stayed at this hotel on 2/14/2025 because I had an appointment in El Paso TX. Motel 9 is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room had roaches, dirty sheets and curtains. I went to get a full refund,but the owners would not answer their phone. Once I was able to speak with them they gave me 1/2 off the room.

Our vehicle broke down and it was about 11min away. We got to the room and it was filthy, the bedding you can definitely tell it wasn't changed it had either dried blood or poop, cockroaches,The sink was clogged. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS PLACE
