Motel 6 Victoria, TX

The best motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was so helpful and kind. (I left my key inside my room twice) The rooms were clean and the water running was hot with good pressure. My dogs and I loved this place. Even the location and parking was easy and felt safe and secure.

Upon first checking in at the hotel, I thought for the price it wasn't bad. As I didn't see the hotel in person I'm booked online. Until today I thought the front desk staff was courteous and efficient. Until a problem arises with cockroaches involved. I'm absolutely disgusted. I haven't noticed any roaches in this room for the past two days but since last night I've seen four. And my skin is simply crawling as well as having a panic attack about all my electronics being in this room. Oh my god my clothing and everything else that you bring with you for a weeklong stay. I am now sitting in a room with bugs in it because hotel front desk tells me that there's no more single rooms. So instead of switching me to a different room to keep me and my items from being infested with bugs I'm forced

I came to this motel to stay for work cause it was cheap I booked a hotel for 3 people first of all I paid online and then they made me pay another 50$ deposit as well as I ordered a room for three people and they provided 2 towels and then when we asked for an additional towel they said they couldn’t provide it mind you I BOOKED A HOTEL FOR 3 PEOPLE!!!! please just go to the best western

I tried to make a reservation for 4 nights and was quoted $214.09 and I'd have to pay $50 deposit for damages just in case something happens but it will be refunded at checkout. After I reserved my room and gave my card number they hung up on me. Good thing I keep my card locked bc I called back about an hour later bc I changed my mind and come to find out he says I never spoke to him and I have no reservation. So be careful and don't give your card info if u can't lock it..

Motel6.com says all rooms have micro fridge, but they have neither. The bed was pretty worn out. Besides that, everything else worked and was clean.
