Roaches, wifi wouldn't work, and u can see through the weather strip and base board around door. Cold air blows right through. Pet friendly, ok, Lil high on price with the type of service. Place needs help..

Nice clean room and a light breakfast. The price was great.

The first time I rented a room for two days. The room was present oh, and their customer service was top-notch. However I rented for 7 days and the room was not as pleasant as it was before. There are cockroaches so you better be careful. Bathroom was clean but had cigarette marks all over the place. Not to mention that this was a non-smoking room. But I suppose previous clients did smoke in this room as it smelled like cigarettes when I first came in. The customer service this time was not as pleasant as it was before. They can do better with the service. I give them three Stars overall.

When I arrived I was to have a non smoking room. The one I was given smelled so bad I couldn't stay in it. The front desk attendant said it was suppose to be non smoking, but fortunately they had just had a canceled reservation and he was able to give me a different room. This room was okay for smell, but shower was very weak and took a long time to warm up, the faucet on the sink was loose (although it did work). Carpet had not been vacuumed as I could see debris around the table and between the bed and side table. TV did not get very good reception, which was no problem for me as I arrived late and left early. When ever I touched the heating unit I received a shock and thermostat controls didn't work very well. Pluses: Bed was clean and comfortable. Linen was adequate. Parking

Honestly, beyond the front desk my room,172 was terrible. The mattress needs to be replaced. It had a bad dip on the left side. The room smelled like mold and stale. And I found mold on the shower curtain in the creases. The towels had stains and one had a human hair on it. The bed I also found a hair under the pillow, so I don't think it had been changed. And the sheets were itchy and thread bare. It was the worst place of the three motels I booked for my cross country journey. And while I should have complained, I was so tired and time pressed, I didn't have that kind of energy. But your staff were nice upon my arrival. Also, I accidentally forgot my shampoo but there was none to be had because your motel doesn't have any according to the staff. So yeah, I was not pleased with my stay at
