Motel 6 Tewksbury, MA - Boston

Positive: Nothing at all Negative: That when I booked online it wasnt specified that the rooms didn’t have a microwave or fridge!!!! I didn’t find this out until after I checked in after driving 19 HOURS STRAIGHT!!!!

The front desk person was super nice. However, the owner needs to make some investments to this property and have some standards (even if it's a Motel 6). The bedsheets had cigarette holes and the tub, for some reason, also had cigarette burns. The room was sparsely equipped and the mattress springs were not just palpable--they were visible. There is no reason for a budget hotel these days to not have at least a comfortable mattress topper. All customers, whether self-paid like me or government paid like others who were there apparently long-term, deserve better.

This Motel 6 is the best one I have ever stayed at, and over the last year I have been to many. The location is great when it comes to conveniences nearby that are open late like Walmart, Applebees, and Burger King, not to mention being only a few minutes from other great restaurants and locations. Service is great. I have been to multiple motels and hotels where it seems like staff does not treat guests like they're truly welcome, but here every staff member welcomes you warmly. Oscar is the best here. He is so warm and welcoming but also professional to the tee. I would give him an A plus for the experience he gives to guests when they check in. Rooms for me have been clean, smell nice, and clean sheets. Not to mention, you cannot beat it being free for pets. :)

Was just there last week. Saw a minimum of 10 cockroaches in bathroom on floor and shower wall. Also saw roaches on floor outside bathroom.

Oscar is very helpful and understanding gentleman. Communicates well, professional...great attitude, friendly, very pleasant....excellency to perfection with guest/ guests to satisfactory and commendation beyond to our expertation...would recommend this motel to a friend or friends. Would repeat my visit over and over again and again with no worries great place to be at.
