Fairfield Inn Boston Tewksbury/Andover

Had a wonderful stay here. Very affordable price, nice roomy space with good amenities. Good esthetic and a safe area. Not only that, but I had forgotten three belongings within my room and they called me to inform me that the cleaners found it, held it at the front counter until I was able to return to pick them up, and ensured to verify my original room number and ID me before returning the items. I was very impressed and will definitely use this location again. I strongly recommend this Inn.

Positive: "" Negative: I checked in friday afternoon and i was woke up around 1130-12 to someone else coming into my room . They gave my room to another family while i was already staying there . It was actually quite scary to be woken up in the middle of the night that way .

Stayed here for one night as the driver of an athletic team. This hotel has made huge improvements since our previous visit two years ago. It has been recently renovated. If you are familiar with the old Fairfield’s, they are basically all the same and are now all being renovated in the same manner. The rooms are your basic motel room. The bathroom is extremely small; you need to move and let the door clear the toilet kind of small. They do now have glass shower stalls which I was happy to see; BUT, the water pressure was very weak. The lighting in the sink area is very dim. Makes applying makeup difficult; but sufficient for males to shave. Beds and linens and towels were above the norm for a Fairfield. Huge positive for me is that all Marriotts (regardless of the level) offer full strea

These are not honest people, they also lack integrity the male hotel manager is the worst human being I have ever seen this man is not fit to be a manager.. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and one of the days I stayed I got charged twice and when I went to request a refund the hotel manager told me that he was gonna count it as a no show he never offered me a refund or extend my stay to balance it out instead he took my money like it was nothing no apology no sense of responsibility no care in the world just a cold hearted person. Be aware! stay out of this place.

The location is ideal for being outside of the city but still within reasonable driving distance to Boston and Salem. There are a few restaurants and shopping areas close by and they share a parking lot with Wendy’s if you need a midnight frosty. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The room was very small and outdated, the toilet would not flush and backed up a few times. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. There is only one elevator and it is ridiculous how slow it is. You will be waiting 10 minutes for the elevator if the hotel is busy. The fruit at breakfast was going bad. We booked this because we trust the Marriott name, but this did not meet our standards.
