Extended Stay America Suites- Boston - Tewksbury

Positive: Large room. Windows that open. Plenty of parking. Easy access. Negative: Dirty-looking bathroom (especially bathtub). Damaged mirror. No carpeting. Not enough pillows. Old refrigerator and stove. Odd assortment of eating utensils.

can’t review the actual property because i got a phone call at 7:30 am the day i was supposed to check in that they didn’t have any available rooms. not having rooms isn’t the problem, the problem is i booked this several days before and was not notified earlier, leaving me scrambling to find another one, with no offer to make it right other than a phone number for reservations. thanks for nothing!

Gio was at the desk and was very helpful of places that was around to eat at and for late night adventures too. He also helped me w my luggage and to get to my room. 10/10 highly recommended and Gio is an outstanding worker!

This was definitely not the best lodging experience I have ever had. The hotel itself could definitely use a refresh, including remodeling and new cleaning staff. The convenient kitchenette was clearly very used - I was afraid to turn the stove on for fear of creating a fire. The aesthetic of the room was very poor as there were patches of spackling on the wall, where it looked like they were attempting to make some repairs. The cleanliness of the room was very poor – the top of the fridge had a thin layer of dust, the bathroom was not very clean and the overall atmosphere of the room was just sticky. The hairdryer that was available did not work. My entire experience with this hotel was mediocre at best.

Coming from Miami Florida to boston for work this extended stay has offered nothing but hospitality, consideration, and peace of mind . any problems or concerns the front desk or staff will take the time to help with , rooms are always cleaned no trash or bad smells in hallways or near exit doors , parking lot is always cleaned and guest are very respectful 10/10
