Hilton Garden Inn Tewksbury Andover

This was a very disappointing stay. The hotel was overcrowded, and only one staff member was handling check-ins and guest service, resulting in an unreasonable wait of about 20 minutes. The lobby and surrounding areas were noisy and chaotic, making it impossible to feel comfortable or relaxed. Although the room was spacious, the heater was extremely loud and made it nearly impossible to sleep. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned properly and was full of hair, which was unacceptable. There was no kettle in the room, a basic amenity most hotels provide. The bedsheets looked old and heavily worn, and there was no extra bedsheet or proper blanket for comfort. I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn at Tewkbury Andover. I have provided 5 star reviews however a few things can be improved. What went well? 1. Clean and tidy 2. Great and helpful reception staff 3. Hot water/ Tea and Coffee is available free of charge from 6 AM to 10 PM 4. Has a Seven eleven right across the street incase on needs to stock up on snack or water or food supply 5. Housekeeping staff is great 6. Restaurant - Breakfast is around $16 with oats, cereals, milk, tea, coffee, fruits. Good to catch up before heading to work. Improvement: Mattress is too flimsy and cushiony and not firm so sleeping was a bit of an issue. My other colleague who stayed in the hotel mentioned the same. As professionals it would be good to have a good mattress to lay flat and not sink in so we can catch u

Everything was superb from the moment we walked in until we left.

This is an excellent hotel for many reasons. The facility is very clean and the atmosphere is beautiful. The staff was extremely pleasant and always asking how I am and if I need anything. The rooms are very clean and accommodating by including many extras such as a hair dryer, ironing board, lots of close hangers,a nice sized mini fridge, microwave and several electric and USB outlets. The food was also great! I ate dinner at there bar/restaurant and had the breakfast buffet daily and food was perfectly made and delicious! The selections where abundant and I enjoyed every meal. I complement everyone that works there, they really are doing a fabulous job! I will definitely be returning and would recommend them to all. Thank you for an awesome stay!

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Tewksbury/Andover for three days over the weekend while attending a swim meet, and our experience was excellent. The front desk staff were truly wonderful—friendly, professional, and very accommodating. A special shout-out to Joseph for going above and beyond by helping us with an early check-in and a late check-out, which made a big difference with our competition schedule. As an extra bonus, they even covered our breakfast, which was greatly appreciated. Comfortable stay, great service, and outstanding hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to families attending events in the area.
