Motel 6 Temecula, CA - Historic Old Town

I didn't even think to ask for a more accessible room but Morgan made sure I got what I needed a room where I could freely move with my walker and a accessible shower with chair. I didnt even know to ask for all these things. I was just happy to get a room on the first floor and close to my parking spot. She exceeded my expectations! Very accessible ramps every where! Truly satisfied as always. And my service animal slept well very safe.

Hotels.com gave a 8.4 but rooms smelled a lil mildewy, beds were really flat and hard, the weed smell was coming into our room from other and the noise from the upstairs people was crazy. Sounded like big foot and his family was up there. Maid and front desk were very nice and helpful.

Staff are super nice, welcoming and they tried their best to help however air con not working with a temp of 90 outside, assigned connecting room with a super noisy neighbour having party until 6am and no other room available because fully booked which i highly doubt cause when i checked online through different websites they all mentioned rooms available. At the end they refunded 15% which i had no choice but to accept it. We couldn't sleep the whole night and ruined our trip the next whole day!! The worst motel experience in my life!!

Positive: Staff Negative: Bed was hard and plumbing has an issue that woke me up in the middle of the night.

The rooms weren't as bad as some of these reviews say. At first I was skeptical to book here because I saw a few bad reviews. I travel often and regularly choose motel 6 because they have been upgrading a lot! My room personally was not bad, the beds could definitely use some upgrading, but other than that the location was great, the check in was easy, they do offer a 30-minute late checkout which is nice. Overall I wasn't disappointed with my stay
