I have been torn about writing this because we had our wedding at the vineyard and it was amazing, but our stay at the Inn was a nightmare. First night we arrived there was another couple in our room, when we opened the door they started cursing at us and kicking at us. we immediately called hotel management who took over an hour to arrive, when they finally got there, instead of kicking out the couple WHO LITERALLY ASSAULTED US, they moved us to another room. So we had to stay next to a crazy drunk couple who stole our room. The rest of the weekend wasn't much better, it rained like crazy and the entire first floor flooded. There also was no hot water the entire weekend. After all was said and done they gave a 20% discount to us and all our guests, which seemed generous, but this is the r
The Inn at Europa Village is very nice. I am not sure I would stay again, because there is just so many great places in the area, but it is very nice.||The room was cute and quite clean, but there were fruit flies or something that were just bothering us. The shower was super small but really cute.||We were offered a glass of wine when we checked in and that was nice. The service was quite good, but they got our bill wrong and seemed confused about it. They did fix it however and all was fine.||The grounds are wonderful and the views are super nice. ||We were happy there, we just expected a tad more for the price, but it is very quiet and that is super.
So charming! My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary here in 2023. We stayed at the Inn, and we loved the whole aesthetic, it was homey and sleek, incredibly charming. We loved the first floor with a comfy living room, table and mini fridge with waters, etc. The room itself was cozy and had a pretty view. They left us a wine bottle with nice note about our anniversary. We ate at Bolero for dinner and did the breakfast -- you can probably skip both, neither were amazing and there are probably better places to eat in Temecula. But it was nice to have an option at the property. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!
So let me start off by saying I absolutely loved the location and I really enjoyed staying at the Inn. I prefer the view from the Inn compared to the rooms down at Europa. It was so lovely to see the hot air balloons in the morning taking off, Sitting in front of the firepit. The only reason I took a star off is because there was an issue with our booking and I did not like our room at all. We were in this very strange room with a french doors that faced the courtyard. It felt like we had to have the curtains closed the entire time so people weren’t staring in at us. The staff was very nice though, and I don’t have any complaints other than that. Make sure you do your research properly on the rooms So you don’t make the same mistake we did. I also loved the complementary water and coffee
We were staying for a wedding which was at another venue although this property is also a wedding venue. The property is still in the development phase, but while we were there it was not disruptive. We stayed in one of the casitas in the lower area of the property. The room had an enclosed patio’ floor to ceiling doors/windows looking onto the patio. The room had a large flat screen, Kurig coffe maker, cozy robes, the bed was comfy, linens and towels were comfortable, shower was large with perfect water pressure. There is a small refrigerator and honor bar. Our room included breakfast which we enjoyed. Lovely breakfast with helpful and friendly service. Oh yes Erica checked us in and offered a welcoming sangria. The casitas were not view rooms but were very quite. Other friends stayed at
