I’m not normally one to leave reviews but Gale, the wine educator in the tasting room, was incredible! She had such a cheerful personality and made us feel so welcome. She was very knowledgable about the wines and had fun and interesting facts for each wine we tried. She made amazing recommendations on which wines to try based on what she could tell we liked. Looking around the tasting room, you could tell she brought joy into every conversation she was part of and she was so attentive. 11/10 would recommend Gale!

I booked this trip for my parent’s wedding anniversary and they had such a great time! Everyone treated them with the utmost respect and when my mom had a request regarding something in the room, they sent assistance immediately. My husband and I had stayed here in the past and we were so happy with our experience that I made sure to book my parents a stay of their own. We all love the ambiance in the tasting room and love walking the grounds of the resort!

I enjoyed my birthday stay here. It’s a great location to everything from wine tasting, dine, or relax by the pool. The hotel reminds me of a boutique hotel, warm colors, relaxing quiet environment. In my first room 110, there were cigarette butts in the rocks on the patio, not sure why that wasn’t cleaned up. I was switched to room 203, nicer, roomier, but the pullout sofa cushions needed cleaning. Overall, it was a great stay for one night.

I was hesitant to book because of the bad weather, but they told me I could still enjoy certain areas during my stay with my pet, just not the pool. I tried to find someone to watch my 10-pound dog for an hour so I could go to the spa, but I couldn't. I wanted to eat at the restaurant, but they told me I couldn't because they don't allow dogs. I ended up just staying in my room, even though I live only half an hour away, which would have saved me a lot of money if I had just gone there and back. The whole point was to go out and enjoy myself. I also wasn't offered the discounts they said they would provide for the wine tasting. When I tried to make coffee, the machine was dirty. We typically do not leave poor reviews as we own a small business and understand the impact of reviews. I hope this review only helps educate and improve the overall experience for others. We came to wine country for my 45th birthday from Chicago. This looked like a nice place to stay but we were very disappointed. Dinner the first night was a disaster we were not greeted at the bar and the bar staff didn’t know anything about their special drink. “It is like something with coffee” . Once seated we waited 10 minutes to be greeted After finally seeing the sever we inquired about any gluten free options which he responded I think salad with croutons would be an option. We kindly asked him to inquire with the kitchen which he came back 10mins later highly unsure of the selections to give. We
