Motel 6 Saint Paul, MN - I-94

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Motel 6 thanks to Isaac Yang. From the moment I arrived, Isaac provided exceptional service and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. He was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guests feel comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to encounter someone who shows this level of dedication and genuine care for customer service. Isaac’s positive attitude and attention to detail made a huge difference and turned what could have been a simple stay into a great experience. Motel 6 is very lucky to have someone like Isaac on their team. Thank you again for the outstanding service

I absolutely love this place. The staff members are super nice (not to mention beautiful), the rooms are fairly clean for the most part, zero bugs/weird odors in the rooms I've stayed in, beds are comfortable and blankets are actually really soft, all in all I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. I love it here so much. I definitely recommend this place. Shout-out to the employees here for making this place a safe space for me!! ♥️♥️

Positive: Nothing. The clerk that checked me in was pleasant and tried to help with my complaints but since he was only one on duty he was overwhelmed with checking in new people and trying to address other complaints. Next day clerk was snotty Negative: My room didn’t have a working tv, garbage can, chair. Room key didn’t work correctly even after replacing it 5 times. Only had a bed, no chair or table, Couldn’t change rooms without added charge

The front desk employee's Lelee, Manny, Keyonna, Ebony, And Penny All work with exceptional and positive personalities and exceptional dedication to your needs as a guest at Motel 6 off 94/old hudson! From easy tasks of a Greeting to difficult in dealing with system crashes or errors while checking in guests , or simply remembering your name (Lelee) they do it with a smile and with ease and I'm greatly appreciative of this kind of service! The housekeeping staff including Donzel /maintenance staff also have shown hard work in what they provide guests here at this location. The Manager/General Manager should be very proud of thier crew 👏! Thank you Chris L.

Michael at the desk was so wonderful, made me feel welcome after such a long journey. While the rooms are exactly what you'd expect from a budget motel, that does not mean that the amenities were lacking or the cleanliness was sub par. I am thrilled with my stay and happy to share that.
