Motel 6 Pueblo, CO - I-25

Scott was respectful and accommodating. He remembered my wife’s needs and placed us in a room with good sunlight, which helped a lot. He did what he could on his end, and I appreciate that. There was confusion with the seven-day rate. We were told one amount and charged a higher nightly rate for two weeks. Scott only recently became aware of it. I plan to speak with him directly to resolve that. Overall, staff effort was appreciated. Pricing clarity needs improvement.

My stay here was awesome love to see all the changes Scott has done with this place and the staff especially Scott and Silas were very helpful and polite. I would recommend this place to stay.

Positive: The staff Negative: Yes my room smelt like someone was smoking when I turned on the heat. I had no hot water to shower in the morning, it was extremely noisy with them putting me in a room by laundry doors slamming all day. I also could not plug in my TV due to outlets

This place is discusting. First room we were given had a broken lock and reeked of cigarettes. Infested with roaches. Walls were so dirty. Asked for a refund and they said they had to have exterminator come first, asked for a different room and they moved us. Was told the new room was inspected, just to be infested with more roaches. In the fridge, on the walls and as soon as the lights went off they would all come out. Could not sleep at all. Made sure not to unload my car for this reason. Left early morning and was told once again exterminator would have to come out for proof for my refund, but I told them they’re smooshed all over the floor for their proof and demanded a refund. They gave it to me and I took my money elsewhere.

Checked in upon arrival and then found out room had no heat. Did not have another room with working heat. Tried to just leave and go somewhere else but they could not refund my payment. They provided a small space heater but required me to leave my driver's license until returned so went the whole stay without it. Couldn't take a shower because space heater did not warm the room up enough. Temperature was 14 degrees outside first night of stay and the high during the day 47. Room was smaller than appeared on the website. TV remote was taped together. Had to go to the office to reactivate room keys every day.
