Motel 6 Pottstown, PA

This was a great location for our emergency stay. The pictures speak volumes. Cigarette burns blood splatter and the smell of marijuana!. Hair in the bathroom. I can't believe they rented that room. Due to my health conditions I slept in the car. My partner who is 6'6" stayed in the room. The next morning presenting the issue they honestly could of cared less . They did admitt the aroma of marijuana was strong.what can we do about that. I was livid. The front desk person was upset I was recording the conversation and then I had photos of the room. Utterly disgusting! If the house keeper gave a damn he/she couldn't of should of done better.Apparently now one was there whom could address my concerns. I recently visited my niece at this motel, and I was shocked by what I witnessed during my brief stay. The room had several roaches — not just one or two, but multiple — crawling around both inside the room and near the vending machines. It was enough to make my skin crawl, and I refused to stay in the room any longer than I had to. On top of the poor cleanliness, the environment created by the front desk staff was extremely unprofessional and downright hostile. A staff member actually threatened to call CPS on my niece for paying later that day— children she had been happily playing with just hours before. I’m using my girlfriend’s account because I wish to remain anonymous due to my company status because we are from out of town and passing through. We stayed here a few days ago after checking between 3:30 and 4 pm and the service by the blonde lady was truly UNACCEPTABLE! She was rude and snooty. She acted as if it were an inconvenience that we were checking in or something like that. If she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t take it out on innocent people. Instead she should look into working elsewhere. Plus she had her baby (or I think it was hers because he had blonde hair like her) out front screaming his head off and she did NOTHING to discipline him or quiet him down. I checked in very late, at about 2 am. Requested a late checkout time for 12noon as opposed to 11am. Was sternly to no before I could finish my sentence and no good reason given. At 7am I was woken up to these adorable Little kids playing right outside my door. They didn’t stop the noise at all. I finally asked them too and they listened.
