Comfort Inn & Suites Pottstown Eastern Gateway

Positive: Nothing .. Negative: There was no toilet paper in the room. There was no coffee. The microwave didn't work.. There was no water in the lobby very disappointed with my stay will never go back there again

Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing. What truly stood out was the excellent customer service. Shiv was amazing, very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. He made us feel welcome and ensured our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Because of the great service and pleasant experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Extremely happy with my stay here! Very kind and helpful staff, my room key stopped working because I left it in my pocket with my phone, which interferes with the reader on the card key and I always forget that. They were understanding and gave me a complimentary drink, promptly reset my key so I could go back to my room. Very comfortable space for the price, would highly recommend! Complementary breakfast was also fantastic

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast wasn't the greatest, but it wasn't the worse. Could use oatmeal and hot chocolate. The eggs were cold. Did not see one roach anywhere. Hopefully, this means they took care of the problem. I was on the 4th floor. Hotel was secluded and quiet. Front desk staff were all friendly.

My initial perception of the room was that it was slightly dirty. Things like dusting and vacuuming while likely done, appeared pretty hastely done. The shower and bathroom could have been cleaned better. I disregarded that as it was a cheap room and it was not overly dirty. However, while laying in bed watching TV I noticed something move on the dresser. Upon closer look it turned out to be a cockroach. After looking for a short period of time we discovered a number of cockroaches in the dresser behind the fridge. Immediately we reported this to the front desk and asked for a refund. The person at the front desk did offer another room however given the severity of the roach infestation I asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere.
