Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Pottstown Limerick

My wife and I stay here 3 times a year to visit family. We have done this for 4 years. Front desk staff, Julie and Brian know us, personally greet us and are sincere in there welcoming us. All staff, kitchen, room cleaning, custodians say "hi" , ask if we need anything and are "real" In their interactions. All of the rooms are clean and everything works. Never have had any issues. We also see the staff interact with each other and they get along well and work well with each other.

Negatives: Room: we couldn’t get warm. Heat all the way up and extra blankets. Toilet paper with little paper and not folded. Breakfast: not so great although coffee was good. Options were very limited and bagels were doughy. Positives Services: my goodness if I could give a 12 I would. All the staff were remarkable. Friendly I mean extremely friendly and they went out of their way to be extra helpful about everything they could. We called the front desk several and before you know it they were at our room and helped. Amazing The room was perfect, except chilly. But to be fair it was subbb zero this weekend. Clean new well maintained spacious and comfortable for 3 people. I’ve been a long time Marriott customer and fan and I will continue with them because they always do the right thing

Absolutely great staff, room and all the facilities where very clean. Reason for 4 stars is the fact that it snow the night we arrived. When we checked out the parking lot was horrible and hard to walk through. Whoever is in charge of snow removal needs to hire a better company to have the job done right. Other near by businesses parking lots where done perfectly.

Stayed in room 1st night no problems, second night a bed bug was crawling on my pillow. Put it in a cup and showed the manager Brian, he didn’t care and had the nerve to tell us we brought the bug with us. Stay away from this area if you don’t like bugs and rude service. Please don’t believe they offered any kind of compensation for staying, they in fact lied to the price line people and wouldn’t even speak to them. Do better Brian, corporate should take care you.

Clean but expensive. For $200 a night everything in the room should work perfectly and that was not the case for me. The refrigerator froze my drinks and was not adjustable and the reading light over the bed was broken.
