Motel 6 Moss Point-Pascagoula

The hotel and rooms are abysmal. The shower didn't work as the part was missing to activate it so I had to sit in the bath. The room (non smoking) smelled like weed and I couldn't open the window as they are fixed shut. The parking area at the back needs cameras. It didn't feel safe. One positive, the lady at the FD with the blonde hair was very polite, kind and hospitable and would do well elsewhere.

LOOK closely at all of the reviews and heed the ones that talk about the lady that runs the place. Those reviews do not lie about how rude she is. She may possibly be the owner, or related in some way to the owner, by what I could decipher. ||First, she couldn't find my reservation, even though I booked a 2-night stay on the Motel 6 app. I showed her my app that I had opened to this specific reservation. She saw the button that says 'cancel reservation' and tried to tell me that the reservation was canceled. I said that that was impossible, I had made the reservation not too long before checking in and signed the consent that I knew that I could not cancel because it was too close to check-in time. Then when she realized that I did have a reservation and I was traveling with pets she said

Room was good. No mentioning of remodeling when we booked. No tv due to cable not connected. Luckily we had a busy weekend but it was definitely different not having the extra entertainment when we got in.

This is the place to be if you're looking for a place to stay. We have stayed here multiple nights in a row. Very clean, quite, and top tier customer service. The gentleman/owner is super sweet. He keeps everything very organized. The cleaning ladies are very nice. They never complain when we ask them for fresh bedding, clean towels, etc. The ladies that work when the gentleman is off are also very nice. Pets are welcomed and no security deposit required. If there was an option for 10 stars I would select each one!!
