Motel 6 Kissimmee, FL - Orlando

Worst experience of my life, I walked into the front desk, which the front desk lady that is a black woman with long hair spoke to me. I told her my concerns that I was trying to find my boyfriend that he fell asleep while I was on my way and I’m not able to contact him also I needed to use the bathroom. She said it was against company policies to give any information out of the guest. All I wanted to do was have her call the room where he was staying in which she did not want to provide me any type of help out which at this point, I stormed out of her office and went to my car and started crying. I have not been able to use the bathroom in like an hour and some change. It took me an hour and some change just to get here to have this lady, be rude and so stubborn was ridiculous. Now that I

"Sorry, there's nothing we can do" Made a reservation at this location, then I even called them to confirm. When I showed up the next day, they had sold my room out from under me. This resulted in me spending a night out on the streets while on a business trip. Thank god my rental car had comfy seats! Later, I even went to their website and contacted customer service just to let them know they might want to clean up their process a little. Their response? "Sorry, there's nothing we can do" It might look cheap, but keep looking elsewhere!

Unfortunately I have been displaced by the hurricanes in Florida last October and have been residing at motel 6 Kissimmee since then. I will say the motel 6 here is very comfortable , clean and quiet especially compared to the studio 6 behind it! I'm very impressed by this economy motel and Dawn at the front desk has been so helpful and pleasant to deal with.....I hope this company rewards their employees who work very hard to keep the place visitable (is that even a word, lol). I know Ivory the manager is exceptional as well and must keep her employees happy because they are all kind and helpful and I see they work very hard! Ivory the manager keeps the place clean and quiet and it's impressive! I would recommend motel 6 to everyone it's location is perfect for Disney or anything, it'

Positive: No surprise fees or additional charges after paid reservation. Negative: WiFi, wasn't working in 60% - 70% of the rooms. Meaning, no Tv or Internet during most of my stay. No rooms available close to the 1 Ice Machine for the whole complex, including none available at check-in time or 1-2 hrs later, had to wait.

It’s a good place I see that Ms. Ivory tries to help a lot of people from what I see and hear I checked in and was in the office for about 7-8mins before Dawn came in from smoke and talking to someone outside she was very rude and ignorant. Even though I book on line was changed a deposit that I know nothing about and was told I had to pay cash only for it. And then the day I checked out, asked about the deposit found that there is no deposit, but I gave her $100 bill for the depositHer attitude is bad the way she carry her self and talk to people even though it was late.
