Motel 6 Glenview, IL - Chicago North

Please be aware of the manager Anna. She is very rude a disrespectful. In conversation she told me I did not know how to care for my dogs because my PUPPY(7 months) had an accident in the building. This was after I took her outside. I was quick to clean it up and apologetic. She did not want to listen. Things happen especially with puppies. I had a phone conversation with her as well about the situation and she hung up on me without saying anything. I was being very respectful. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. RUDE MANAGER. AS A PAYING COSTUMER IM VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Fatima is the best and greatest front desk helpers we have had in our stay. She is pleasant, delightful and does a great job taking care of customers with all their needs.

Very quiet and comfortable. Need anything just ask- Quick and efficient. Large flatscreen TV. There is laundry in building Also, the location is very convenient, nearby stores, gas stations, and outlet mall. Perfect for your quick visits or if you’re even staying a few days. Very friendly, but professional work staff - Very attentive. But also, it’s very quiet at a Discrete location Outside is lovely with a bunch of yard area. If you don’t want to stay in. I love it here as a choice in place to stay. Especially the bathroom - Water pressure is perfect and has no problem giving hot water. Even the towels are thick and fluffy.

Do not stay there. The smell in the room was horrible. The floor was sticky and filthy and blankets were smelling nasty as well. I don’t think they washed it at all. I forgot a charger in the room by the side of the bed. Called the front desk and the girl there was really rude. She hanged up on me 2 times when I hoped she could help me check the room or lost center. She tried to convince me I left it anywhere else, as their house keepers clean these shitty rooms “really well” and they “check every corner”. Well, seems like not enough, as I am 100% sure it is there. After hanging up on me she tried to call me a lier. So, now I know, I am never gonna see my charger again, as this girl will never accept it was there. Ps. There are bed bugs

This property should be great due to its location. The exterior is well maintained and attractive. Glenview is a safe location. Lots of restaurants nearby, across the street in fact.||The reception area is scruffy and somewhat dirty.||The ladies at the reception desk were cordial.||The stairwell was grimy feeling and unattractive, leading to the door at the top of the stairs with severe door damage.||The carpets were old and dirty with a vague urine smell.||The room appeared to be spruced up recently.| The bed was nominally comfortable. The mattress needs regular turning. The linens were economy, but acceptable. Same for the bathroom.||The in room Air handler unit was functioning nominally and likely needs replacement. The wall thermostat didn’t work. At the very least, it has no power, or
