Baymont by Wyndham Glenview

A nice quiet hotel with good customer service and clean good looking rooms tucked away behind a plaza on a busy street in Glenview, IL. The Reception staff is available to answer questions and there is a vending machine for snacks and drinks. Across the parking lot is a Plant Based Burger place, a French & Asian bakery, a Dunkin Donut's, and a few other restarants/businesses. I was satisfied with my 2 night weekend stay and would recommend this hotel to people I felt like the room I received was clean, organized, and setup for comfort!

The hotel provided a clean, functional stay with all the necessary basics. Accessing the room via the elevator was easy, though there was a slight language barrier during check-in. It is a solid, no-frills option if you just need a reliable place to sleep.

Positive: Staff was excellent. Every person I interacted with was very helpful, courteous, and pleasant. Overall, worth the price. Negative: Other than the staff, it's a budget experience at a budget hotel. Tollway was pretty noisy. Smells weren't great, but they weren't as some I've experienced.

We had a wonderful stay while on a trip for a workshop we were attending. Everything was great. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. We slept great. The bed was so comfy. While people had complained about hearing the traffic from the interstate, it wasn’t that bad. When you stay in a hotel by the interstate, that will happen. We could hear it but not enough to wake us up or keep us from falling asleep. We will definitely be back when we return to the area. Thank you for a great stay.

I have visited a number of Baymont Inn locations in other states. However, this location failed to meet my expectations. First, this property requires a $100 deposit upon check-in (which is a bit insane, given the quality of the rooms on the property). Second, I was assigned a room with keycards that were activated but did not work. Third, I was then given a new room number and a different set of keycards. The room assigned did not correspond with the type I paid for. Our nightly stay was not very comfortable. In comparison, the room bed felt like a jail stay, with hard mattresses that lead to back pain. After the first night, we decided to travel to the lobby for breakfast. Let's just say the breakfast was not as inviting in its presentation and did not entice us to fix a plate and enjoy
