Motel 6 Fayetteville, Nc - Fort Liberty Area

If I could give zero stars, I would. The photos are extremely misleading. I reserved a king smoking room with a TV, but upon arrival, I was told that the room wasn’t available—and then I was told none of the rooms had televisions. After a 10-hour drive, I agreed to another room just to sleep, but the key wouldn’t work. Multiple rooms were tried, and none of the keys worked. I was then told the only option was to be let in with a master key, meaning staff would have access to my room while I slept, which felt unsafe and unacceptable. The check-in area was dirty and disorganized, with people hanging around, and the property did not feel safe. I ended up driving another two hours to a rest stop to sleep. Refunds were also a hassle—conflicting information and multiple calls just to get it p

I just love Janey at motel 6 on Bragg Blvd she is the sweetest woman that works here always has a smile very welcoming! She truly is the best me and my husband both enjoy to see her at the front office! True sweetheart! As a TV mounting company it's nice to see a smiling face! Will come stay again!

This is a low one star hotel. I give it one star because there are no zero stars. When I checked in, I was told there are no rooms with a television so OK, not a big deal for one night but then in the room, there was no toilet paper so I had to go to the front desk because there’s no phone to call when I got there at the front desk. There was another lady who was also there for toilet paper.||I asked one of the two ladies at the front desk,where the ice was. The | in attendant told me that the ice machine was in the laundry room.||Went to the laundry room there was an old ice machine, but it had no ice. I went back to the front desk, and the other attendant explained to me that the hotel does not have ice, not that the machine was broken or it would be fixed just that the hotel does not ha

First door was jammed so I had to get another room. It was jammed also but I kept it because I needed it. There was vomit by my room but I guess the don't have cleaners at night so I woke up to seeing it too. Bugs are getting better. But the staff was kind.

Honestly it’s disgusting. Asked for a double room and was told there are none. the room 3 doors down is a double empty room. the floors have never been mopped. feet were dirty seconds after stepping on floor. Disgusting mildew smell in the bathroom. only seen one roach which is good. Mattress under the sheets and cover look like someone died and rotted on it. it’s all yellow and nasty and STINKS. the bed slides off the box spring and pulls away from the wall with a small touch. the wifi went out for three days and the excuse was “it’s drizzling so it won’t work”. i’m sorry i’ve had all kinds of internet services and never did a little rain and drizzle knock it out for three days. you have a hotel with smart tvs that need wifi. instead of being cheap get better wifi. there are bullet holes
