Motel 6 Erie, PA

Convenient with a 24 hour front desk, you can get a room with no reservations. The down side is that the place smells like pee and cigarettes, the pee is more like dog pee, they allow pets so I’m guessing that’s the smell, but if they allow pet they can at least have hardwood floors or only allow pets in certain rooms. Overall it’s a ok place to get a quick sleep specially if your traveling far.

I want to be sure that the staff at the Erie PA Motel 6 gets a big thumbs up. My son and I stayed at this excellent motel on Saturday Aug. 2 and were very pleased, especially after staying the night before in a disappointing similar-level motel in the Toledo area the night before. We checked in late, 10 or 10:30, but the front desk clerk was alert and friendly and informative. Arriving at our room, we were almost excited to find it bright, clean, and fresh. One small problem was that the TV remote and the TV didn't seem to be working. We called the front desk to see if we were pushing the right buttons, and the clerk offered to come and check it as soon as he was done with a customer. He came within 5 minutes and tried a new remote he brought and it worked. He did everything with a cheerfu

Positive: so clean!! loved the banquette and little table! Negative: absolutely no soap and when we asked for some, it was the tiniest little bar that hardly felt like it bubbled! Maybe a dispenser in the shower instead?

The staff is wonderful, the housekeepers are always right on top of taking care of guests needs. I have only one complaint, about one specific person. My fiance and I pay weekly to be here, and mostly, it's decent. The heavier set woman with the curly hair is the only person I ever have issues with. I went over to the lobby yesterday for a roll of toilet paper, and she told me (with an attitude) to find my housekeeper and get a roll from them. It's not the only negative encounter I've had with her. I booked for a week through super.com one time, and she couldn't find the reservation. I showed her the reservation date on my phone, along with the recipe that it had been paid, and she told me if she couldn't find the reservation, she wouldn't be able to accommodate me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very Pleasant Stay – Excellent Value for the Price We had a very nice experience at this motel. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the entire place was quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were also exceptionally helpful — one employee even stepped outside in the freezing cold to show us the room before we booked it. That level of service is truly appreciated. The only thing that could be improved would be the quality of the bathroom towels, which felt a bit thin. Upgrading those would make the stay perfect. Overall, the value for the price is excellent, and we would definitely recommend this motel for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful stopover.
