Motel 6 Drums, PA

Positive: I would I want my money back. I?m going to be in touch with the owners of the company because the people that run the hotel are the most dysfunctional people I?ve ever met in my life. I got assaulted there I had to call the police. Negative: I had to clean the room and mop the floor. It was disgusting once again. I got assaulted. There are hazards all over. I have pictures. Nothing is up-to-date or safe.

The low cost and cleaning lady were the good thing there. The lady's husband that helps runs the desk would pee broad daylight outside. They charge you for sheets if they see anything on them (Ps bring your own sheets). The cops were always there it seemed. There was used needles by the dumpster. We went to use the microwave and it was sparking told them they said it was fine but after a day they switched it. The washer seemed like it was always down. The cleaning lady she was nice and did what she could with what she had.

No hot water ("water heater broke") None of the windows on the first floor rooms locked - anyone can climb in. Bathtubs not cleaned. The front desk is frequently left unattended with a sign giving you a phone number to call. Guests are noisy and no one does anything about it. The good - it is cheap, the rooms are large, and the bed was good. The microwave and refrigerator worked (although the microwave was only 700w) As a=bad as this was - it is better than the motel 6 in Wilkes Barre where they don't give you plastic cups, microwave, only a fullsize (not king) extremely springy uncomfortable bed

This place is a dump. Worn sheets on the bed. Dirt & crumbs all over the tv stand. Cigarette burns on the night stand in a non smoking room. Dogs whining & barking in rooms. The shower was so dirty I had to clean it to feel like i could shower in it. It’s an absolute crap hole.

This is a good motel - they are friendly at the desk. They accommodated all my requests and have always been fair. Nice quiet room - clean and no issues. I like the location - not a tourist place - just a good place to stay! Thanks to you all at the Motel 6 Drums PA!
