Holiday Inn Express & Suites Drums-Hazleton (I-80) by IHG

I had a very good experience with the staff - Nick, Anthony and the front ladies at the reception. They were very kind and professional. The hotel was good. The rooms were good. I was here for work and had no issues for the week. If you have any issues and calmly speak with the staff and request for accommodations - rest assured they will do everything in their power to help you out. Its not a guarantee but if its reasonable they will. They offered me and many other workers staying here an early breakfast so we could get to our job site early such as 6 am instead of 6:30 am. Keep up the great customer service and Thank you for the Christmas cookies!

Positive: The rooms were nice but it wasn't very clean. Negative: The room wasn't very clean, construction was going on which no where on any site was that mentioned. As someone who has asthma and dust from construction was bit of a struggle. Couldn't get a refund so no choice but to stay.

The hotel was temporarily our home for six months due to extensive mold damage in my home. The staff treated us like their adopted family and were so caring yet professional. The breakfast is excellent too. Hot coffee served all day in the Great Room is very enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is completely underrated. The staff is fantastic. They are always there to accommodate your needs. Just simply ask. The staff is very friendly, and the cleaning crew does a great job. Thank you, Amber , for straightjng our our reservation, since we stayed longer than expected! We highly recommend this location!

The staff here was fabulous! The room was comfortable and well maintained. They are in the process of remodeling. The only things that I could knock them for is that the elevator was being repaired when we arrived and our room was on the 3rd floor. It was up and running within a half hour of our arrival. Their breakfast area is also under remodel so the breakfast options were not what they usually are, but they were still good. This was close to our destinations. It is easy access to I80. We have stayed here before and will happily return!
