Motel 6 Delano, CA

Hi I stayed at your motel 6 with my wife and I noticed you slandered her in your response note that I do have proof of this incident and due to your slanderous response this may or may not be in the process of being reviewed by a legal expert. The front desk manager did not offer an additional room immediately after me asking for one she in fact stated that there were no rooms available because they were short staffed. She also stated that she (the front desk manager) in the response to our review said that there was no one in the room above us. That is not true as she told us that she called the room above us twice and they said that they were not making noise. We were there for about 4 hours and the whole time the upstairs guest were making banging noises among other disruptive noise. Wh

Was put in a room and thought all was well until the room above started having non stop hammering and stomping, and a power drill-like sound, when we asked for a room change we were told there was none available, when we asked for a refund they refused and then offered a different room, this is the worst experience at a motel I have ever had and terrible customer service, which is a shame because it started out nice. They supposedly called the room above twice and the room above said they weren’t making noise, this is false! We have got no sleep whatsoever, and a long road trip ahead, very disappointed.

Nice stay, all good. We liked it.

The stay was fine until I checked out and was charged for using the towels and sheets. Saying I wiped my hands on the towel with food on them and there was a mark on the sheets that she thought was make up but I dont wear makeup. Saying I was charged cause the stains may not come out but when I asked for them they said they will use them for cleaning.

This place is a SCAM!! They never clean the rooms. They refused to give back my $50 cash deposit, claiming 5 bath towels were soiled?? Also $10 per towel? Do NOT stay here they will Steal your money!
