Holiday Inn Express Delano Hwy 99 by IHG

We like to book motels based on reviews online. The reviews online for this particular holiday Inn express were pretty good. The fact that none of the reviews mentioned bed bugs or cockroaches was a huge bonus for us. And that experience was ours. No bed bugs. No cockroaches. No mold. Super clean bed. Super clean room. Super helpful staff. The bathtub Plug was broken in the first room they put us in and they moved us to another room immediately. We were super exhausted and slept beyond the time that they were serving breakfast, which was totally fine. Because we slept over time because it was so quiet in our room and the bed was so comfortable. Also, the lighting in the bathroom was perfect for selfies 😅

Positive: Close to freeway Negative: Yes. incredibly disappointed that the hotel spa was not working at all. That was the reason I picked it when we were driving from out of state. Didn’t even get offered a cheaper rate or more points or a percentage for my next stay. Pancake maker broken.

Great and spacious room, everything was super clean, only a chair had massive stains. AC/heat worked and the room had everything we needed and the bed was really nice and comfortable and we slept so good! The front desk staff could be more attentive and more friendly and they offer a typical breakfast you’d expect from a US hotel so nothing super decent.

I stayed here in May 2025. The room was spacious and appeared to have been recently renovated. It came with a microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, and a mini fridge.The closet held an ironing board, an iron, and a small safe. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The air conditioning worked well. The flat-screen TV could be swiveled toward either the bed or the sofa — unlike in many modern hotels where it’s fixed to the wall, which never makes for comfortable viewing. I didn’t try the pool, and the spa either wasn’t working or I couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. There was a small fitness room, which I didn’t use. There were two washers and dryers available, that came in handy, because I was partly on a camping trip. You didn’t have to pay a fortune to use them. Breakfast starts ear

Very satisfied with customer service, front desk staff was professional and answered questions that I had. Room was clean and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended for travelers.
