Motel 6 Burnsville

Very nice motel. Comfy beds, very clean, close to freeway to get to everything fast. Love it here. Glad I found it.Nice area for pets. Front desk people very nice|Close to restaurants and will definatly stay again.

I’m currently staying here the staff in the morning has been very disrespectful for no reason and harassing. The room is so dirty , the pillow cases were not changed they just layered a clean one on too. There was hair on the bed . Theres disgusting things on the bathroom wall that obviously has not been cleaned in a long time . I don’t understand what I did to be treated this way I have not even complained about the mess they left before I arrived !

Most of the time we stayed there it was ok, the microwave did not work, the rooms are not that great, they charged the wrong card even though I went with my son in the AM to have them charge his card, they did not apologize nor did they offer a discount or refund due to their mistake that caused the card they charged to have negative balance. That day they had a younger guy working that clearly did not know what he was doing at all. The only good thing is they do not charge extra for pets. Would not recommend at all.

Staff was very nice but the room was dirty. Microwave had rust inside and out. Bathtub was clogged with hair. The walls of the bathtub were peeling.

This hotel the room the room was still dirty like they never cleaned it, didnt have proper bed frames, the bed frames would move every time you would move in bed, the bed sheets were all moist feeling. The bathroom was so filthy couldnt even take a shower. The shower and had peeling paint all over the wall. The toilet had someone hair all over the seat. RUUUNNN FROM THIS HOTEL
