InTown Suites Extended Stay Minneapolis MN - Burnsville

The police were in and out of the place several times. I was woke up by an employee coming into my room at 4am to shit off my lights apparently and he said he didnt know we were in the room. Overall the place was dirty and the dryers in the laundry room dont dry very well and 1 load of laundry ended up being $8.75. Someone called in a false domestic to the police and the police came in and just did whatever they wanted in my room. I told them I didnt want anyone in my room but the female officer insisted on talking to my girlfriend alone in the room. I turned in my card keys(3) which i can be charged $10 a piece for and evwn though id just filmed myself putting them into the drop box I still feel like they'll charge me. It's a very convenient area as well as the hotel in general! No complaints on the service and rooms. Very affordable all the way around! Most importantly- very quiet area! Not a lot of noise or activities. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!🙂🙂

Housekeeping came through this afternoon. Four days after checking in.||I noticed that they left behind the towels. I talked to the front desk manager that he indicated that I had purchased them. And that they are under no obligation to wash them.||I found it incredibly odd that a hotel would sell me the towels and washcloths.||What kind of place does this?

It was ok, a little small, it was about $460.00 a week, with taxes and all, it seems like a lot but considering what everywhere else is priced that is actually cheap. They do not have 1 thing in the room as far as “extended” becomes a microwave, and a 2 burner stove top, no oven, no coffee-maker, no silverware, you get one set of sheets and 2 towels and a washcloth. Luckily there is a laundry room there, that takes credit or debt card and is $2.00 to wash a load and $2.00 to dry a load. You are responsible for washing your sheets and towels, they don’t just give you clean ones like a normal hotel. Maids come once a week, on Wednesday. Staff are pretty nice, except the manager he’s…just a crabby old man!!! and seems like he doesn’t want to be there anymore! All the other staff I met there,

The hotel is not clean in terms of smell, and when you book a whole week, they give you one roll fine, and if you want to change the trash can, you want to pay for that, this is very bad, I will go as soon as possible, it doesn't deserve more than two stars, and I pay 100 dollars per night
