Motel 6 Brunswick, GA

This was awful…we’re from out of town and came due to a family emergency, Arrived around 1-2am and checked in. The room immediately smelled like mildew and smoke, the room was absolutely filthy, no one swept or mopped or even tried to wipe anything down. The room had no latch what so ever so had to figure out how to lock the room properly, cops and junkies everywhere. Sat for about 10 mins and decided that room was just unbearable, asked for a new room and she ended up putting us into the room directly next door. Walking in it smelled better but the sheets were absolutely disgusting! All stain up with god knows what, this door was also broken, there was mold in the bathroom, toilet paper was not wrapped up or brand new just touched on. No towels or rags and both tubs in the rooms were nast

Positive: Nothing. It was so bad you should take it off your listings. Negative: No bedding. No towels. No office staff during morning checkout. Room absolutely reeked of some type of smoke residue (and from the two other open doors, my room wasn't the only one). Lots of junk metal in between buildings. Tub was peeling.

Horrible, ill let the photos speak for themselves. No TV, fridge dont work, the shower looks like it hasn't been clean ever, stains on the bed comforter, the floor looks like never swept.

Motel 6 never fails to underwhelm. Just when I think I have found the worst one in the country, someone at corporate, says, "Hold my beer and watch this!" The plus: We were traveling soon after Hurrican Helene and some hotels were overbooked or did not have electricity. This Motel 6 was open and had vacancies. Check-in staff were a bit surly, but were efficient and got us checked in quickly. Our room was clean and the AC on and functioning. Easy access to the interstate, gas and various eating establishments. TV worked well with a great selection of channels. The negatives: The interior of the room was shabby to say the least. Poor and amateurish maintenance and repairs were evident throughout the room. Cheap chairs with rusty legs. Burn holes in the duvet and cheap/stained towe

Horrible room. Not at all what was pi tured online blood stained sheets, at least 35 cigaret burns in blanket, stains In blanket. No comforter or bedspread fro t door doesn't close all the way big gap. Duct tape on door . We will never stay at a motel 6 again or ever suggest it to friends. Entire room smells bad.
