Motel 6 Brownsville, TX

We drove 7 hours from our home traveling out of town and wanted a place to rest for the night but this place was a nightmare. As soon as we walked in we had problems. It is very out of date and very dirty.I could not wait for it to be time for us to leave the next morning.please dont waste your money or time here.

Due to a computer error, rooms were mixed up. Regardless someone tried coming into my room with the key card luckily I had the deadbolt on. I explained through the door that the room was already rented, and those people left only to return two minutes later with the manager who didn’t identify himself he just proceeded to open the deadbolt with the master key scaring both me and my 80-year-old elderly mother at 1 o’clock in the morning. I also had my 13-year-old son with me who was scared to death. Apparently company procedure is that if there’s an issue, they’re supposed to call the room and if nobody answers, then they come and knock on the door asking if they may speak with you nothing like this was done this total stranger just attempted to walk into a room while we were in our night c

People should just call corp office these place bad and they do r care to clean up inside rooms properly and outdoor trashy and I saw someone crawl out dumpster early evening a homeless person. Sometime you have to go direct to resources!!

Nothing particularly special, but the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. A solid option if you’re looking for something simple and convenient.

Lydia at the front desk was amazing. Very helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anybody and everybody your stay will be very comfortable.
