Motel 6 Bradenton, FL

This motel is definitely a great place to stay. The rooms are remodeled and it is extremely affordable compared to any similar motels. The best feature of this Motel 6 is the staff. The entire staff is kind, friendly, accommodating, and they truly make you feel welcome and that you enjoy your stay here. I am not great with names but I can tell you that front desk staff is the best. The house keepers are all very friendly and helpful and go above and beyond. The maintenance man is always the first to say hello and is hard working. ALL of them are kind and very hardworking. My favorite two are the assistant manager (he's the best) and Ms. Joy who always has a smile on her face. But I could truly say that about everyone here. The staff here bend over backwards to make sure that you're good.

Friendly staff just not enough of them! Housekeeping had 2 people on many days. Our room needed a deep cleaning from top to bottom before we entered it! Fridgerator had to be defrosted, toilet seat tightened and float adjusted in the tank. Pricing is very good. pool was closed! If you can do some housekeeping and minor maintainance it's worth paying a third of what you'd pay at a high end hotel, in other words you get what you pay for. Tub is filthy can't step on the floor with bare feet. Would have given 4 stars if the floors, tub and shower curtain were clean. 5 stars if the pool had been open.

The bathtub was dirty with an empty conditioner bottle sitting in the drain. There was no wifi in our bedroom. When we opened the refrigerator it was filthy. In the morning as we were packing a roach crawled across our bag on the bed. They said that they were giving us a refund, but it took me time after the trip to contact them to get the refund.

Rooms were dirty, only given 2 towels for 3 people, have to turn them in to get clean ones, was told no one would clean our room the next day, spot for refrigerator was empty alrhough pictures show the rooms have one, no alarm clock, Pillows and sheets were stained. Woken up to move car because they decided to have tree work done onna Saturday morning. Front desk lady was nice though.
