Staff was kind and helpful and very informative rooms are clean and well organized

I would not stay here roaches in room and the owner makes his own rules daily. Not friendly at all drug activity witnessed on property. Owner gives you a rate and increases to what ever he wants at anytime. Very rude people. Stayed 2 weeks unfortunately. Air stopped working he didn't fix doubled room rate. had to beg to get room cleaned. Had to fight to get towels and toilet paper. We paid in advance for 2 weeks no refunds so we had to stick it out. No pool even though it's advertised. So much wrong with this place it's sad how they treat guests. They refused to honor Priceline rates he makes his own rules. Never again

There were people talking outside of my door through all hours of the night while I was trying to sleep. Check out was at 11AM and someone knocked on my door around 8AM asking if I would be checking out(I had only gotten the room for one night). I was packing my things and the housekeepers were banging on the door at 10:55AM and unlocked it at 10:57AM. I am very particular about how my things are organized and everything was in its place and I was getting ready to walk out of the door and the woman housekeeper very rudely grabbed my belongings(who just grabs stuff out of someone's hands, especially when they're a guest in your establishment and THEY DON'T BELONG TO YOU?!) and dumped them in one of those extremely flimsy plastic garbage bags that cheap motels use. The front desk staff were polite. The room was just OK. The beds were small and the room tight. The towel rack fell off in the bathroom. The cleaning staff smoked cigarettes while they worked. The pool was adequate. The room was clean when we arrived and the staff did a good job cleaning room up after my 3 kids trashed it the first night. Overall decent value for the low cost room.

Was very disappointed . Staff was friendly at check in and later when I had to go back to ask for towels since there were none in my room . The floor was filthy and I mean filthy. It was not real evident since the lighting in the room is very dim, but when I spilled a bit of water and wiped it up the paper towel I had was black!! That's when I took a closer look and saw the floor hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The shower worked great but there was mold and stains all over it. There was a roach in the bathroom later in the evening, just one, but that was enough!! The ac was cool, but the room was very damp feeling and my clothes felt damp the next morning. The micro and fridge were nice to have, but the tables were dirty and hadn't been wiped clean. I didn't expect the Ritz
