Motel 6 Baytown, TX - Garth Rd

The front desk has good employees that are very friendly, very nice and welcoming, the room service also very professional, very wholesome. My rooms clean all the time and there's no traffic around here. It's very peaceful, not a lot of people running around and drama or nothing like that. I enjoy staying here really.

Positive: It's very close to my job and it's got smoking rooms. Negative: They don't have a fridge or microwave in the smoking rooms. Most of the staff are very rude and aggressive. This time they had absolutely no hot water or service so I had to cancel my reservation and find another place to stay.

rooms has been recently updated but the outside need some work. the room was really clean and the mattress was comfortable.|Not all the rooms has microfridges, so i didn't realize until I arrived to the property but the front desk staff was really nice and changed my room type for a small fee

They have hired some rude employees. They don't give enough information to make a good decision. I was charged full price from about 3:15am to 11am. By 11am they put me and my kids out in the cold due to misunderstanding. They lie and give the run around. They argue with customers. Just a bad experience this go round with them.

Great staff!! Great housekeeping service!!! Room was clean and location very convenient! Kid friendly and pet friendly! Love love love it! Definitely recommend! 10/10!
