🌟 Five-Star Review for Motel 6 – Coalinga, California I also stayed at Motel 6 in Coalinga, California around November 15 during the same trip, and I was equally impressed by the experience. From the moment I arrived after a long day of driving on I-5, the check-in was fast, organized, and welcoming. The staff created a calm and relaxed atmosphere, which is exactly what a tired traveler needs late at night. My sincere thanks to the front desk and cleaning staff. Your friendly attitude, patience, and attention to detail—such as making sure the room was tidy, the bed comfortable, and the surroundings quiet—turned a simple highway stop into a very positive stay. Although it was only one night, I felt that the room was well cared for and that the team took pride in keeping the property in

everything from check in and to check out was almost totally smooth, we just needed a place to sleep for the night and the motel came with everything we needed. The only issue i had is we asked for a non smoking room but the room heavily smelled of smoke and i didn't get good rest due to this. Overall would recommended highly if you can get a room that doesn't stink.

The staff and cleaning crew were awesome. They do daily "safety checks" and were very accommodating about the cleaning schedule. It's a great location to stay for proximity to the convention center and dining options. There is even a clean, safe convenience store within walking distance. HOWEVER, the non-smoking room reeked like pot smoke (to the point my partner and I had headaches), other guests were loud at odd hours (moving and stomping around, opening and closing doors), many of the power outlets / phone cords were loose, the vending machine didn't work well, and the water pressure in the bathroom sink was awful. I'd recommend this for a short stay if all you need are the basics (a clean bed and a shower) AND if you are not too particular about the items above / not bothered by ran

The hotel is extremely clean, they have people cleaning constantly. There are occasional visitors that are loud. But the hotel is very nice and quiet, clean with extremely kind and helpful employees! Everyone has been so kind and helpful. It's been a really nice and enjoyable stay. I can't wait to come back sometime. Thank you so much for your help and kindness to everyone in the staff.

This was the worse stay I’ve had. The people at the front desk were extremely rude. Also, I was waiting outside to catch my Uber and they said I cannot be on the motel 6 property at 11:30 am after I just checked out. I’ve never seen such disrespect towards a customer before. I would highly recommend finding a different hotel in the area.
