Motel 6 Atlanta, GA Atlanta Airport East

The staff are super nice and very accommodating. I ask for a specific room and they had it open so they let me check into that room. I appreciate them and have made another reservation.

Great experience at motel 6. Front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and made check-in quick and easy and made me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable for the price. Would definitely stay here again

I was looking for somewhere to stay after a long day on the road and this place happened to be right off the interstate which was convenient, so I booked a room online so I could just pull in, get the keys, then get some sleep. However, I go into the lobby to talk to the man through a night shift glass and request to check in to which he says I can't check in until 3:00PM, since it was after midnight that I needed to stop and rest. He refused to change the date or allow me to check in early despite having paid already. I offered him an extra 20$, to just let me check in early and told him i'd be gone by 9-10 the next morning regardless. He clearly has no common sense, nor common courtesy for that matter, as even tho only 5-10 of the 50+ rooms were occupied, he would not just allow to go ah

I appreciate this motel because, when I needed help. The representatives at the front desk assisted me as soon as possible. They got me in my room with no problem. I love the customer service the representatives give when they speak to you…..Keep Up the great work!!!!!!!!!!!!
