Motel 6 Anaheim Hills, CA

I wanted to post this review about my recent stay. When we 1st got to the room there was no cold air coming from the air conditioning unit. It was warm outside so I turned the air on hoping for it to start cooling down even after almost 2 hours. I called and let the front desk know and the woman said she would send maintenance. No one showed until i called again over 45 minutes later. I asked if she could refund the early check in fee since we had gotten a room with no cool air and she said yes at the time of the call. Finally we moved to a different room and this time the air worked perfectly which was a huge difference. The only problem is we went from having a room with a Microwave/fridge to not having either. I had a friend that stayed here and it needs so much work. The tub in the bathroom was disgusting. It was stained with black color. The dresser, desk and night stand all need to be refinished and need drawer pulls. The phone had what looked like blood stains on it. The bed cover had stains on it. Don't recommend anyone staying while it is in these conditions. Wish I was able to post photos.

Well well where to began… lol Let’s start with the few positives: Rooms are big and spacious Bed is huge and comfy Fridge worked Tv worked Negatives: Shower does not have hot water at all. Bathroom was gross Poop stain on wall and door Blood stain on door Hair all over toilet Hair all over bathroom Bathroom was not cleaned Sink water did not turn hot Graffiti on bathroom mirror as well on furniture in room The one chair was absolutely disgusting The “complimentary breakfast” was not a thing. (Supposedly comes with room) Vending machine doesn’t work Ice machine doesn’t work Air conditioner in room was leaking water. Air conditioner only stays on for 3 minutes at a time Front desk clerk was sketchy. Besides room being spacious this place is just straight trash. There’s so many better mote

First, there is a difference between Motel 6 and Studio 6. Motel 6 built 1960's; Studio 6 built around 2000. I stayed at Motel 6. The room was "kinda" clean. Cobwebs in the corners. Harden "gunk" on top of furniture and microwave. King bed with two pillows, no fitted sheet (queen sheet used), no daily vacuum, no daily fresh towels, no trash pickup, and furniture is lightly broken. There open wires hanging from the ceiling and electrical outlet with no cover. Everything was very old. Desk lamps that could not be used for their electrical outlets. Carpet stretched out. Holes in the curtains from age. Bathroom had cracked tiles held in place by tape. Bathroom had a "funky" smell. Tub could use a good scrubbing. Many, many problems but all items worked or functioned within normal

I think the one star should just go to the friendliness of the staff cause that was the only positive thing about this place. The rooms are in dire need of a renovation and cleaning and so is the property itself. I've traveled plenty of times and stayed in numerous hotels/motels and this is by far thee worse experience by far. The photos on Expedia are NOT current at all. I question if the reviews on there are legitimate or if they belong to the people who live here. Yes, there's people that live on this property. The property is littered with cigarette butts and used q-tips. There was pieces of a used diaper near the pool area. The room itself. Oh my god where do I start. I wish I was able to go through this entire room before accepting it. Yes, the lady at the front desk took me to th
