Monte Carlo by Miami Vacations

Spent 5 days here and we absolutely loved it. Very relaxed atmosphere while offering stunning views and amenities. The suites really feel like upscale apartments and we enjoyed being directly on the beach. It was so clean and very well maintained (fully stocked kitchens, parking and washer/dryers in most units) . Whether you book directly, via airbnb or a travel website, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back! Some rooms have stunning water views while other face the street. Be sure to ask about your lodging upon booking.

The Good: Great location, large room, and nice pools. That's the only positive.||The Bad: Our stay (Sept 15th - 19th) was a failure of management.|• Filth: Floors were so dirty they turned our feet black. They only arrived on Wednesday afternoon, wasting three-quarters of our short trip.|• Time Wasted: We spent our vacation making multiple calls. I stayed at this hotel with my family for five days. The location of the hotel is great — we had a direct view of the beach — but that’s pretty much where the positives end. The room blackout was terrible. From early morning, the room was almost as bright as it was outside. I slept on the extra bed on the pull-out couch, and it was one of the worst sleeping experiences I’ve ever had. When it was still dark and possible to sleep, I was constantly woken up by the couch squeaking with even the slightest movement. The extra bed is also uneven, and through the thin mattress you can feel the metal bars digging into your back, because the support system is basically just a stretched fabric resting on those metal bars. The Monte Carlo apartments genuinely BLEW ME AWAY! For once in Miami, the place looks like the pictures (dare I say even better?), the amenities and location are simply unmatched (my personal favorite was a Publix a short walk away) and the staff is 10/10. Big shout out to Jenifer, Enrique, the valet boys and Gonzalo on beach support were incredibly helpful and accommodating. In short - the best experience one can hope for :)

The hotel was nice inside, the staff are weird and act like they are angry. The air in our room went out for over 1 hour in 85 plus weather ,when we called over 6 times no one answered. We had to go downstairs. When they finally sent someone too the room she brought an iron. When we tried to explain to her what was happening she acted like she didn’t understand or speak English, I asked multiple times for support. She went into the box unplugged something and then stated I’m not maintenance. When I repeatedly asked how long there was no answer. She turned to us and stated that someone will be there soon and walked out. I again tried to call and the air came back on 10 min later but no one ever came.
