Clean and cozy rooms! There was a very sweet lady with a Shiba-Inu who could be seen cleaning and doing laundry all day when she wasn't in the office. Outdoor table and chairs with a charcoal grill and a beautiful flower garden. Very peaceful. A few long-term residents who were also very friendly.

To start the front desk lady was amazing and was super helpful. I'm currently homeless and was able to stay for a couple of days thank god and was so grateful to the worker for being so understanding and kind. The room was pretty clean could use slight improvement though and of course needs an update. Even with that being said it was super comfortable and I really did enjoy my stay. It was nice and quiet even being off of College. Price is fair for the area and if I do come up with the funds I definitely would stay again and still would recommend this place. Thank you again to the front desk worker for helping me out and working with me.

This place is fantastic, when we checked in we were informed we would be the first occupants since a remodel. We walk in and it's great. Clean room, friendly front desk lady, brand new mattress has got fitbit giving me a 100 readiness score the 2 days we've slept here. It's quiet, don't see many other guests or anyone else. No yelling through the walls or any of the typical nonsense you might expect. Oh and this place is the cheapest around, only place that's close is motel 6 at over 550/week this place is 459/wk. Their we had cops daily, people fighting and drunk, some guy got arrested outside our room. Oh and theirs a couch and a 50 in flatscreen.

This was our second time here. You can’t beat the location and the room had plenty of hot water, working TV, free WiFi, and a comfortable bed. The other folks staying there were quiet and kept to themselves. Very reasonable rate for Fort Collins. We would stay here again.

In Room #6. TV has to be on Before you can get Wi-Fi! Carpet by the door is stained! Bathtub and Sink faucets keep Running! Bed and pillows are hard! Fridge Freezer door is broken! TV is a Nice Big one!
