Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Fort Collins South

First visit i experienced a sink that squirted out all over my jeans when i turned it on, so a good drenching. Center desk light didn’t work, heater was stuck on high so too hot, and bathroom grout was needing worked on. Foods I brought ( cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, apple sauce, yogurt, hot dogs, ham) all were spoiled since refrigerator was not cold as didn’t work. Those food items were thrown in the trash. Breakfast was ok but cereals were stuck in the dispensers and everyone shaking them with no results to get cereal. Second stay had to have desk staff turn hot tub jets on. Front desk staff was alerted about the problems.

Have stayed here countless times. I realiize it was a busy weekend. ||1. At 8:56 I was getting breakfast. The attendant yelled at me and said, “ THIS IS CLOSED”. Then she gave me a death stare as I got my coffee. I told the front desk person on duty. She never said sorry. She kept saying breakfast ends at 9 am. I said, um, I was yelled at and treated rudely by a staff member ( who was glaring over at me) and she said again breakfast ends at 9 am. I said yes, I am aware of that but it was 8:56 am. And nobody deserves to be yelled at. SHE NEVER APOLOGIZED. First rule of customer service. |2. We had 2 rooms and requested both to be cleaned once. One was cleaned and the other was not. And before management says I should have called and told them, well we were leaving the next morning so nothi

I had a great experience. The Fort Collins Fairfield Marriott was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything went smoothly. Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn’t working at the time, but they repaired it quickly. I’d also like to give a shout out to Elizabeth at reception. She’s friendly, efficient, and works hard. I really appreciate that in a person and it’s employees like her that keep me loyal to a hotel and its brand.

Positive: Location and it’s clean Negative: I expected more from a Marriott! Breakfast was mediocre and what was on the signs was not what was in the bins! Also got in late and while the front desk gentleman was very nice our rooms AC unit had a very loud noise coming from. Also pool is tiny

GREAT place to stay! LOVE the staff: front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast lady. All so friendly & accomodating!
