Montauk Oceanside Suites

Find some place else. The only decent thing about this place is the location. Parking lot is small. It clearly says NO PETS, but we had a yappy dog 2 doors down for the whole time were there. When we tried to shower the first day we found that we had no hot water. They got maintenance on it right away but we still only had less then 5 minutes of hot water after it was fixed. Then we were left with a very dirty tub and brown water. We had young and drunk neighbors who had no idea how to behave at a hotel. I barely slept the first night as they kept banging on their doors and yelling. I had to tell them at least 3 times to be quiet. And that was after 1am. We loved the location, it’s right across the road from the beach access and in the center of town.|The staff were friendly and helpful, they provide as much room service as you want each day. The room was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.||My only complaint was that the mattress was uncomfortable.

Positive: Great location, spacious, comfortable Negative: One tiny thing: we were in Montauk for a wedding and there was no full length mirror, but would still highly recommend!

Nice property, close to the main street, easy to find, plenty of parking. The ocean is across the street behind a row of motels similar to this one. The suites are being updated. Mine was clean and fresh including bathroom, towels, and linens. Mattress and pillows are not heaven but they are fine. There’s a TV in both living room and bedroom. Appliances in good shape and clean. Air conditioner unit in the bedroom. Good heating system. Daily housekeeping!| Note that there is no ramp to get to first floor suites, which are above ground level.

Nice location, but no AC on a very hot night and no way to reach staff after hours. Front desk acknowledged the issue at checkout and promised a follow-up that never came. I only heard back after escalating through my bank—at which point the hotel denied everything. Poor service and no accountability. Won’t be back.
