Mondrian South Beach Miami

Joaquin is an excellent server , so attentive and brings such bright sunshine. Throughly enjoyed our time here for my son’s birthday. My son has been here several times and raves about it, he was not wrong. The food was excellent. The ambiance and decor as well is so serene. I look forward to coming during the day and enjoying the view and will ask for Joaquin!!!

Alexandra at the Mondrian was such a dream to work with for my sister’s wedding. From day 1 she took the time to review all our options and assisted us with making all the selections. She ensured we had everything prepared for the big day and helped us make last minute adjustments due to the weather. She even helped us move things around in her fabulous heels! Everything we requested she ensured we got right away. Alexandra was so accommodating in so many ways from providing welcome Prosecco, getting us late check-out, moving us into a different ballroom last minute, I am so glad we trusted her with my sister’s special day. I absolutely loved this hotel. It exceeded every expectation. This is genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Miami. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and have incredible views of Biscayne Bay — the sunsets alone make the stay worth it. The pool area is stunning and has such a cool, relaxed vibe during the day, with great service and energy. The staff went above and beyond the entire stay — friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The location is also perfect close to everything in South Beach, but tucked away just enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. Baia Beach Club is so yummy I ate there twice during my stay. I love the gem salad it’s so fresh and good. They also have really great wellness programming. I went to one of the yoga classes offered and loved it. R

I stayed here 5 years ago prior to this last weekend and what a disappointment. This hotel has really gone down hill. Dirty dirty! I had to call cleaning staff upon arrival because there was sand, tylenol pills all over floor and the shower was not cleaned at all. Bad water leak and overall dirt buildup everywhere. When cleaning staff arrive she had one rag, a disposable like mop, and a sprayer bottle. I immediately told her she needed a vacuum, she said no this will work. And when it didn’t she finally asked for a vacuum to be brought up. The staff at the pool was rude, the staff at check in too. I think valet was the only nice thing about this hotel.
