Momen South Beach

🌴 Booked for South Beach energy — got a… budget crash pad 😬 Location is walkable to sand & nightlife 🏖️🍹 but rooms are inconsistent, thin walls, and zero hotel vibes (feels like weird short‑let meets motel) 😅📵. Good if you’re here to live outside the room, not in it 🚶‍♂️🍸.

Looks way better in photos! Fantastic location across from beach. Needs better fans in rooms. New blinds. And a tv for bedroom. Couches need to be shampooed along with rugs. Place was not as clean as it should have been. Not very good lighting in loft. The AC would only go as low as 71 Fahrenheit, and it didn’t travel to upstairs. They did provide beach towels and extra towels plus a washer and dryer. I think there are nicer places for same price or cheaper. I would not stay again.

I had placed a reservation through VRBO and paid the deposit. This was done on Jan 4, 2024 for a trip in June 2024. I am not able to go those dates and cancelled the reservation. I requested the cancellation on Jan 5, 2024. It is now Jan 10, 2024 and I have received no communication whatsoever. I have spoken with Vrbo bit they have not been any help. They sate that I need to contact the host. I have sent emails, texts and even called the the host rental company Momen South Beach Flex Hospitality. There was no answer an no response at all as of today. Do not trust this company!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Looks great in pictures but very deceiving. Our first night, the entire place flooded through every window. Second night our AC broke and got up to 90 degrees. Horrible communication with management and did not offer any accommodations but offered a night refund which they are now claiming wasn’t offered (its in writing). Stairs are spiral and faulty so we had multiple people fall. Codes don’t work anywhere. Place was dirty upon arrival, food out, water bottles half drank, banana peels in couch, coffee still in maker from previous guests. AC took over a day and a half to fix. I gave them a chance to make it right but now they are claiming they were only offering a refund if we left. Absolutely terrible business practices. Was going to host my corporate events here bu
