The location is great. On arrival I was greeted immediately. The Customer Service Representative was professional and courteous. There are two things in need of improvement. At check-in, give information on the location of gym, ice machine and any other amenities. My room was not cleaned the next day. The previous times I stayed at a Inn/Suites my room is always cleaned with new fresh towels. Definitely needs improvement.

Positive: Getting in the process for being toHorn out and!/or sd pd arrested in the next few minutes. It's Jan 8. It's 1:06pm. I woke up at 12:47pm !, less than 60 minutes ago. Negative: The above being pleasurable at any point.

Our stay was peaceful. We are satisfied with the value for money. We only used the room for sleeping. We were comfortable and slept well, which is exactly what we wanted.

I would not stay here again. The room was very dingy and not well maintained. We were on the third floor, and the staircase was not lit at night, which felt unsafe and posed a fall hazard. The shower was broken and constantly dripping, and the room smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. Despite that, there were toenail clippings on the carpet and chair, and hair left in the sink and bathtub. Overall, the room looked and felt unclean, and I felt uncomfortable the entire stay. The only positive aspect of this property was the location—it was within 10 minutes of everything. Unfortunately, that alone would not be enough for me to return.

I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1 because the young man at the front desk was so nice. Other than that absolutely not. The first room I went into the shower had been running because it was broken. Who knows how long the water was just running. The second room the fridge was leaking water. I’m pretty sure if you pulled up the carpet there would be black mold. I extremely allergic and after 1 night I was having allergy issues. There was a sour smell coming from the AC. A massive hole in the walkway to get to our room that was roped off which made it difficult to get to our room. The faucet in the second room did not shut off all the way. Not hot water the first night. Sketchy people hanging around the unattended parking garage that you have to pay $15.00 per day for. I do not recommend.
