Minute Suites ATL - Concourse F

Was speaking to an airport employee on her break, mentioned I was stuck for the night, and she mentioned Minute Suites in Concourse F. Walked over to see what it was, they gave me a military rate for 8 hours. Nice 8 x 8 room, leather upholstered sofa, with a pillow and fleece blanket, small desk and a 32 inch TV. Two bathrooms on site, showers as well. Not a 5 star hotel jy any stretch of the imagination, but all the people were nice, bathrooms were clean, got better rest than I would have trying to sleep on a bench; although, I was told that the benches in Co courses E and G are the most comfortable, if you are so inclined. Sundries, dri ks and snacks available for sale at reasonable prices as well.

As a lot of these reviews say, the staff was very bad here. Don’t make eye contact, ignore you until they’ve stared at the computer for as long as they feel like. Seemed to resent their job and very much conveyed this to the customers. |The room was pretty clean, except there were some crumbs on the couch and floor. The desk chair’s black fabric cushion had a lot of soda or coffee or some liquid stains on it. The room was pretty quiet, this part of the building shakes occasionally. There is an AC on the wall to control the temp but room seems to stay pretty cold.|If their was a sheet or pillow with a pillow case, this would be a good place where you could get some rest, but it doesn’t have any of these so it’s just a little bit better then sitting in the terminal nearby.

Landed at 4am local time in Atlanta Concourse A and had my next flight at 8. Went to Minute Suites next to gate B24 and was told I would be able to get in only at 5:45am and would need to book right then. Went to Minute Suites in Concourse E and was told they don't accept Priority Pass members till 6am. Finally went here to the Minute Suites close to gate F6 and got in. Had a nice sleep from 5-6am. The attendant was very nice and friendly. Check-in was quick, and he provided me a pillow plus blanket. The temperature stayed at 67-68 and can't be changed. Concourse F one has 5-6 rooms, so higher chance of finding an empty one.

It was my first time using the service with my Priority Pass membership, and I was really impressed! I got to relax and even nap for an hour in a private space inside the airport. Everything was clean, convenient, and felt very safe. Check-in didn’t take too long either. You just need to present your membership card and ID to enter. I’ll definitely come back if I get the chance!

This was my first time staying in one of these and It was a great experience. Ravyn was very professional and accommodating. Will definitely stay again if I have a long layover
