Minneapolis Marriott Northwest Hotel & Conference Center

I stayed here for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed by the friendly and attentive staff. The room was clean, well-maintained, and featured a great layout: a front "living room" with a couch, chair, and TV, separated by a door from the bedroom, which included a dedicated desk and a second TV. It also came equipped with a mini-fridge and a coffee maker, plus a nice walk-in shower. A major highlight was the on-site restaurant; the dinner prices were surprisingly reasonable—not inflated like many hotel dining options—and both the food and service were excellent. Additionally, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I was happy to wake up without any of the back pain I sometimes experience at hotels. I am rating this four stars instead of five only because of the atrium-style setu

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel while in town for the 3M Open. The hotel offers plenty of space, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, our experience started off on the wrong foot, as our first room did not have functioning air conditioning. However, the staff was quick to accommodate us, and our second room met our needs.||While the staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel itself feels quite dated. Many of the finishes are worn, and the overall condition of the property suggests it could use some updates and maintenance. It’s a very average hotel—not particularly impressive but not terrible either. On the plus side, the price was reasonable, which balanced out some of the shortcomings.

Your whole staff was courteous, friendly, helpful and hospitable, especially Taren who I spoke with on the phone a couple of times prior to our checking in and again when we checked in. She was so attentive to a 15 year old that accompanied us. She spoke directly, acknowledging her, answering her questions and concerns, making her feel important taking the edge off of some previous unknown stressful details. We were very impressed!!! A business event that we attended was very well staffed from the hors d'oeuvres, bar set up and wait staff passing hors de'oeuvres. It was very professional and upscale, but not snobby. Our dinner was amazing as was the service.The sit down dinner was hot That is not always a feet that is accomplished at large gatherings. Steak was tender, fish...which usually

Stayed for conference being held here. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms were nice. Hotel restaurant was okay, pricing was high (as is normal for hotel restaurant). The hotel does not have offer continental breakfast. The hotel restaurant does offer a breakfast buffet- however I found the offerings compared to the cost absurd. The conference area and catering (lunch and snacks) was exceptional. Hotel location is great, very close to The Shoppes. The elevators were very slow and 1 was down my entire trip.

Had a great stay here. Spent an entire month at the hotel. Rooms were awesome, staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant staff are amazing. Shout out to Greg and Gwyn, they made they stay here even better. Would 100% recommend this hotel
