La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Minneapolis Northwest

This is no longer a motel. This has been turned into a homeless shelter for families. I am not staying here. Some I know does. It's an ok place. It gives homeless single mothers a new beginning. For that I am thankful. They offer 3 hots along with snacks. They do I room cleaning once a week and they offer programs to train and educate young women about life choices and offer options.

This is no longer a hotel. The building is rented out for use by the county. People have been asked to leave or been trespassing thinking it is still a hotel. For privacy reasons and because it is currently reserved for county use there is security presence that will make you leave if you are not authorized to be at this location by the county.

Our room was spotless and well decorated. The shower was the nicest one we have ever had in a motel. The bed was a king-sided and very comfortable with attractive linens. We enjoyed our short stay and would choose to return someday. Thank you!!

Customers beware! I had severe car trouble and this was the nearest place off of 694. I pulled in and within 2 minutes a security officer approached my car and asked me to leave immediately, saying that I am on private property. To me, they really seemed to have something to hide, so if you plan to stay here be forewarned that they might have some shady side business going on. Beforewarned...it seems like something strange is happening here

This is an okay hotel. Price & location is why I chose this hotel. Carpet in our room felt scummy. Pool area is ok but has a patched appearance and the electrical box was open. Nothing special about breakfast. Lady attendant had lawn or brush debris stuck on the back of her shirt. An odd thing though, we left for the day, housekeeping made the beds, gave us fresh towels and then turned the temperature of the air conditioner to 72 degrees. Very warm in our room when we returned. I'm a very hot person so I didn't appreciate that. I can see doing that if we had checked out. Also our key cards didn't work after 8 am on our checkout day. 🤔
