Hampton Inn Brooklyn Park

We had an excellent experience during our stay at this Hilton. The rooms and entire hotel were spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delightful. This was truly one of the best hotel stays I’ve had recently, and I highly recommend it. I would gladly stay here again.

I pay for late checkout but every time I come I am disturbed out my sleep twice a day each time. First house keeping knocks on the door and I tell them about my late checkout. Then a few minutes later the front staff are calling the phone in the room asking when am I checking out. I have to tell them I paid for my late checkout before they actually go and look themselves to see that I paid for it before they wake me out my sleep. There should be a better system in place for people that actually pay for late checkout before they are disturbed by house keeping and the front desk staff. I even had the do not disturb hanger on the door

The hotel was very comfortable and easy to get to. Friendly staff to deal with as well. The rooms were spacious and homey feeling. The room was quiet and inviting at the same time.

Upgraded King room and it came with a stained bed cover and a shower handle that doesn't work. The staff is about as cold as the weather, but I'm beginning to think it has more to do with my overall appearance than a general disposition based on how I've seen them interact with others. The location is basically the middle of an industrial center so if you're working near by it's great otherwise you'll be driving a few minutes to get to anything. Not a place I'd recommend and not one I'll be coming back to.

Positive: The hotel is in a great and safe location. Negative: I did not like being charged for parking. There was plenty of parking and I was not told that I would be charged prior to signing in. I have stayed at the same hotel previously and was never charged for parking.
