What a disappointment especially for the money. We stay in Hiltons mainly for the cleanliness, warm pools and friendly customer service but the basics were not met. We parked $5/day and it felt really dumb to do so. The parking lot is small and wasn't street parking like in a big city. It is an open lot. Secondly, we get our rooms (2) and there were broken light fixtures, the room was not cleaned properly. Unrolled toilet paper, dust on the ceilings and the air was cold ( even after adjusting). We had a few other issues during the stay too and every worker we met was the rudest as could be. The electrical panel was in our room and would not close. The cleaning people were supposed to change things out and stock new towels, there was none of that. We stayed for three days. Another big issue

Excellent 2 week experience. Exactly as advertised. Staff was fantastic, particularly Tara, Camay, Anna, Justin, Bram, housekeeping, breakfast crew and really everyone with whom I had contact. I really enjoyed the 24 hour access to coffee and tea (Bigelow.) The breakfast selections were admirable; a step up from the typical free hotel fare. Location is good for access to highway or taking alternate routes in rush hour traffic. Restaurants, groceries, nearby and only a mile to the public library too. I enjoyed using the pool everyday. Cleanliness of the entire facility was clearly a priority.

Positive: Great rooms, temp control, breakfast Negative: $10 parking which is new, couldn’t log onto WiFi and staff were unable to problem solve why my last name and room number wouldn’t work.

Professional and Accommodating Staff. I was very pleased and thankful for the manager Camay W quick response to my situation. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable. To your staff Sherrell Thank you!!!! This is definitely a great hotel, very clean, friendly staff, and great service 10/10!!

Hotel was fine. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd night we had a visitor. A mouse, we told the front desk and they said they would set traps when we left for the day. We came back that evening it didn’t look like anyone had been in the room. That night we saw the mouse again. Took a picture showed it to the front desk again. We checked out the next day.
