Millsap Suites

The room size and location were great, but the service that was provided after our room flooded was abysmal. An industrial fan was placed in our room with no attempt to rectify our wet shoes and clothing. There was 2 fitted sheets for the pull out be led and only 2 hangers for all the closets. I’d expect people in Lubbock to be a bit more apologetic for such an experience.

Very nice. Every one wants their own vibe. This was good for us. I have no complaints. Though if you have stayed in any hotel, why so many pillows and why do the pillows need to be a foot or more thick. Just asking.

The room was nice bed was ok I've had more comfortable could use some improvements but overall it was ok

Great place to stay, 100% contactless. Excellent brewery and restaurant right across the street. Only four stars for service because the laminated TV channel guide in the room pertained to the suites in the Pioneer building across the street, not to the smart TVs (streaming services only, your personal login required) in the Millsap.

Absolutely amazing experience and would HIGHLY recommend! Mini suites are so much better than a hotel. Owner is super friendly, informative and quick to respond. Room was beautiful, super clean and bed was the BEST!
