Positive: The location was the best Negative: The room wasn’t clean hair in the bathroom, desk had crumbs on it. We asked to change rooms and was told we had to wait one night. We forgot sentimental jewelry in the room and was told it was gone. Only people in the room was housekeeping.

While the location of this hotel is amazing, I cannot recommend staying here due to significant security failures and unprofessional management. The Major Issues: • Security Breach: During my stay, the front desk gave my room keys to another guest. Fortunately, I had the latch on, or they would have walked right in. When I called to report this, the Manager on Duty (George) was incredibly rude he yelled at me and talked over me, insisting their system "doesn’t allow" that to happen, despite a stranger literally standing at my door. • Poor Management Follow-up: I filed an incident report with the Head of Security (Richard was much more pleasant to speak with than the manager on duty), who promised a full investigation, but I have yet to hear back from anyone via email or phone. The positives are the central location near stores, shops, subway line yet it is very quiet in the hotel. The room is a good size and the views of the city are lovely. It is true that the hotel is outdated, the carpets are dingy, everything is beige, the tub drain was slow. It is also true there is no coffee pot in the room but they will quickly bring you a kettle/tea/coffee if you ask. There is a one small fridge but no microwave. There is no seating area in the lobby so this is important to know if you are with someone who is disabled, with a senior citizen, or someone who can't stand for long periods of time. There are no restaurants in the hotel and no breakfast. *** The reason I am writing this review is because of the hotel's hidden fees. There is nowhere on the website, or fine pr

This a great Hotel in terms of the location, just in the center of Time Square, have a great view of the time square from the room. The bed was comfortable but the room are just okay type and don't keep your expectation too high and the service is just at minimum and don't expect they will address your concern (if any). The bathroom door lock was not working, the in-room coffee machine was broken and despite requesting for fix everyday at the front desk it was never addressed. Overall its a great place to stay in Time square only if you are ready to ignore all other aspects and just considering the prime location and enjoying the night vibe of Time Square at night from your room. Overall we managed to stay comfortably and enjoyed the view and location while compromised on service but in te

It was good enugh. Had minor issued, but didn't have time to report them. Rooms are OK. Heat was not working properly, the unit kept getting the room hotter even when the desired temperature has already been reached. Had to turn off the Heat completely and open the windows which of course meant having lots of noise. Walls seem to be thin, I got bothered by continuous alarms from the room next door every morning, listening up to 10 alarms in a single morning. The bathroom has no ventilation so humidity is doing damage to the bathroom. Ice machine on 29th floor was not working during my stay, I did told someone from the cleaning staff. I didn't tell anyone else about any issues because I didn't want to ruin my travel with unnecessary discussions or waisting time and the reviews I read befor
